DropRedi ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

Account information — email address, name, and hashed password when you register.
Usage data — product URLs and descriptions you submit for validation, your validation history, and store tracker data.
Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Technical data — IP address (for security and abuse prevention), browser type, and referring URL.

How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the DropRedi service
To process payments and manage your subscription
To send transactional emails (verification codes, password resets)
To detect and prevent fraud and abuse

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with Stripe (payments), Brevo (email delivery), Anthropic (AI analysis), and Cloudflare (security/CDN).

Security

We use HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and secure session handling. No system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
